biscoff brownies

Biscoff Brownies

  • 225g butter
  • 420g caster sugar
  • 5 eggs
  • 60g cocoa powder
  • 115g plain flour
  • 100g dark choc
  • 4tbsp biscoff spread
  • 10 x biscoff biscuits

Preheat over to 180˚ Melt butter / add sugar / cool a little before adding eggs / mix in cocoa & flour / melt the choc & add to mix / melt the Biscoff spread a little and add in blobs across the top / use a knife to swirl the biscoff spread across the brownie batter / crumble the biscuits over the top / bake in over for 30 mins / there should be a slight wobble to it when removing from the oven / fridge it overnight for extra fudgeyness / EAT!
